Hosting

At all times we strive to provide 24/7 uptime on our servers. We have taken measures to ensure this and any change in operational status wil be communicated to you.  View Server Centre.

We may immediately terminate the Hosting Agreement by notice in writing to you if you fail to pay to us any sum due under the Agreement on the due date for payment. We will take immediate legal action to retrieve monies in part or whole owed to us upon your negligence or refusal to pay hosting fees as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Our hosting solutions are offered on a 12 month contract basis. If you wish to cancel your hosting contract with us, you must inform us in writing 28 days in advance of your intended contract termination.

Hosting fees are paid in advance for 12 months. If in the first month of a new hosting contract you are not satisfied with your hosting package, you must contact us in the first instant to express your position. If you then wish to proceed and cancel and we are satisfied with your complaint, a 50% refund of your hosting charge will be credited to you. A month after the intial contract was opened with us, you may cancel but the charge for the full year is non-refundable.

Payment

Before commencement of work, 30% of the total agreed cost is requested in advance. Upon receipt of this cleared amount into our bank we will initiate work on your project. Delaying this Advance Payment will affect deadlines outlined in our Proposal and require additional time scheduling. Non-Payment will cause our Proposal to be null and void and we may take action to recuperate any expenses incured up to this point.

Upon completion of our work on your behalf and 'sign-off', all outstanding monies owed to 101 Net Solutions Ltd are due within 10 days maximum.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your enquiry or online booking and secondly, to contact you with the latest offers that we believe you will find helpful, in accordance with your permission given when booking or lodging an enquiry online.

With this information, we may send you, from time to time, details of new products and services that we believe you may benefit from. This would include notification on price changes, updates on our Technical Services to you, information that enhances your experience as a client of 101 Net Solutions Ltd that we feel would be helpful to you.
We do NOT spam. At any time you can unsubscribe from our mailing lists. This feature is provided by an 'Unsubscribe' link on all correspondance from us. This, again, is in accordance with the law.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. No private data is held within a 'cookie'. It simply provides a means for your browser to retain session information that can be useful as you navigate throughout the site, remembering preferences, etc. It provides us with a means to track your progress through our site and deliver content that is relevant to you or in accordance to the details you have registered with us.
